These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SiteStack website, platform, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are provided by BigRentz, Inc., doing business as SiteStack (“BigRentz, Inc. dba SiteStack”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

1. Use of the Services

You may only use the Services in compliance with:

  • these Terms
  • applicable laws
  • permitted use guidelines

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
  • circumvent security measures
  • scrape, harvest, or extract data without authorization
  • use the Services to develop a competing product
  • impersonate another person or entity

BigRentz, Inc. dba SiteStack may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

 

2. No Commercial License Granted

These Terms do not grant you rights to:

  • commercially deploy SiteStack
  • rely on the platform for operational decision-making
  • access paid features without a separate agreement
  • integrate SiteStack into internal systems

Commercial use requires a separately executed agreement with BigRentz, Inc. dba SiteStack.

 

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, software, data structures, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to BigRentz, Inc. dba SiteStack.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

  • copy or distribute content
  • remove proprietary notices
  • create derivative works
  • reverse engineer software

All rights are reserved.

 

4. User Content

When you submit information, feedback, or materials (“User Content”), you grant BigRentz, Inc. dba SiteStack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide such content.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and used.

 

6. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to external websites.
BigRentz, Inc. dba SiteStack is not responsible for:

  • third-party content
  • products or services offered by those third parties
  • loss or damages arising from use of third-party sites

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
BigRentz, Inc. dba SiteStack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement
  • accuracy or reliability

Nothing on the Services constitutes professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • BigRentz, Inc. dba SiteStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services will not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigRentz, Inc. dba SiteStack, its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of:

  • your use of the Services
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your infringement of third-party rights

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
All disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
